At GreenSpices.in we want your online shopping experience to be simple and enjoyable. Taking this into consideration we have an efficient and straightforward shipping and return policy to inculcate faith in our customers.
Shipping Details
Once you have made the order on our online store GreenSpices will courier the products ordered through the Indian Postal service. You will receive the product delivery within seven days of placing the order, but if required you can track your order by clicking on the ‘Track order’ in the Menu bar. Along with this we keep our customers constantly intimidated via SMS or email regarding the progress in delivery.
In case the customer is not available to receive the product at the shipping address, the product will be returned and the money refunded after deducting the shipping charges.

We provide our customers with subsidized rates of courier charges as we at GreenSpices take the burden of paying 30% of actual shipping charges with Postal service. The distinctive feature of the courier charges is that the charges keep getting reduced with an increase in the order per gm. In case you are ordering 200 gm of spices, it is recommended to order another 300 gm as the courier or shipping rate will remain the same.
Return Policy
GreenSpices promises to supply fresh and authentic premium products guaranteeing customer satisfaction. In case you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality of the product there are no questions asked. You are required to send an email to customercare@greenspices.in and then courier the product to the following address Y S SPICES – Cardamom Wholesalers in Bodinayakanur, Electricity Office Road, Ammankulam, Bodinayakanur, Tamil Nadu 625582. You will be refunded the full amount within 48 hours after we receive the product. Ensure that you send a copy of the invoice with the return product. In case there is a change in the product returned or if the product is in any way damaged, GreenSpices has full authority to reject the product returned and the refund.
